This event Is being  hosted by CareSource Health plan.  CareSource is a Medicaid managed health plan, serving over 2.0 million members across 6 states. The CareSource mission of making a lasting difference in members’ lives by improving their health and well-being was the catalyst for developing several programs that target the social determinants of health.  We are very dedicated to our members receiving the best care, with a trauma informed, person centered approach.
