11am: Vendor set up ( Bring information about your ministry)
12pm : Community registration
1 pm : Opening rally (Mayor is Speaking)
2pm : Closing rally (Guest Speakers/ Org. Rep Introductions)
3-4pm : Clean up
Attire: Silent Single File Walk/ wear All Black representing those with no voice trapped in darkness…
