Details: Healing Root Ministry is having it's 3rd Annual Somebody's Annual Gala. Whether you are in the Florida area or beyond, we are in need of your help to succeed in saving the lives of victims of human trafficking.

The main goal of the 3rd Annual Somebody’s Daughter Gala is not only to gain awareness of human trafficking that has already risen to the second most common criminal activity behind the illegal drug trade but ALSO to aid in getting The Gate up and running. The Gate, founded and run by Healing Root, is an undisclosed location and home for women who have recently been rescued to find shelter and a safe place to heal. Currently, many girls that are rescued by the task force have little to no place to go to survive the trauma and to heal. Many turn back to the street. The Gate not only provides shelter but provides hope.

The 2018 Somebody's Daughter Gala will be held at Epic Center in Tampa, FL at 6:30 p.m. Great Gatsby Themed. Individual tickets start at $75 a person or $125.00 a couple. Sponsorship is also available. Cash donations and auction donations are still being accepted as well to aid in the success of this event.
